Chudidhar #3

           Chudi made for my customer.she gave me a photoshot of this model dress.I sew upon the design that she gave me.
Features:
     Puff sleeve gathered at the top and bottom of the sleeve and piping on the bottom of the sleeve using pant fabric.To make this puff cut the sleeve and sew the middle portion of the bottom and top of the sleeve about 6" and then pull the thread ,so that it gathered ,make a stitch on the gathered portion.

           I used  the same fabric for lining too.Because i dont want to waste the remaing fabric of the chudidhar and also gives rich look when compared to lining cloth.This snap show you how it look.

         On the Front neck, yoke design using pant fabric on the center of the neck, placed button hole using  fabric tube of the pant fabric.

Pongal Kolam

          We draw mavu kolam during pongal celebration.Me and K together drew this kolam the day before pongal.we also drew color kolam .

      This kolam is for pooja,sunflower design is  for placing lights(kuthu vilakku) which is of 5 face.We  serve pongal,and side dish on plantain leaf,sugarcane,fruit,flower and so on ..on the top of the kolam.on the left side kolam,we place pongal pot,after we cook pongal.

Kurtha #7

               This kurtha made for K which is from leftover fabric of  H's salwar.Mango like  design which came on the bottom of the fabric.K wanted this design on the leftside of this kurtha to make a different thing ,so I decided to cut this design and sew on the lefside and also I cut the small portion of the design and attached to the bottom of the sleeve.
