Inspiration

                    I liked Thamana jacket/coat .Thamana wore in the Telghu movie100% love.

        So, I planned to  make  one for me and my sister. Luckily I had related color of the satin fabric in my hand .The fabric I used is 1 meter. 

Variation between these two jacket:

1.Mine is  full size coat.Because my sister wants full size.

2.I couldn't get that much puff in my sleeve compared to Thamana jacket.

Summer dress No1(Cowl Neck)

          Bought some cotton fabrics for this summer.I decided to sew cowl neck for one of my chudidhar.I tried cowl neck before but i didn't get perfect drape that too I posted here http://sunithartwork.blogspot.in/2011/10/cowl-pant-and-cowl-neck.html.
          Atlast I got perfect drape this time without any pattern.Here is the snap for the cowl neck.

Chudidhar #4 and 5

              K's friend chudidhar,for her birthday.
             K's friend likes karishma cotton or printed cotton.My sister almost have this type of cotton.She asked to my sister where do you get this kind of material. So my sister planned to gift karishma cotton chudidhar for her birthday.This is the chudi my sister gifted to her.
             Features of this chudi,design on the bottom of the sleeve, front neckline and bottom of the kurtha.I stitched 1/4"elaastic on the center of the sleeve for gathering. For pant,it is gathering.

         K's friend also bought Karishma cotton for her one of the  birthday dress.Features of this chudi,pant fabric on the top of the kurtha to waist,motif design on the bottom of the sleeve, waist and top of the kurtha. For pant it is gathering.

                                                  

Designer Blouse#5 and 6

          Two designer blouse made for K's friend.

          First blouse feature, Princess seam bouse, back hook, zari border on bottom of the  sleeve and on the back neck to the end of the blouse.

                 Second blouse features, same princess seam blouse and back hook  for this too, Zari border on the bottom of the sleeve, back neck line  and box like design using zari on the back hook side.My sister did not like this box  design. How it looks what is ur opinion?
